You can use this process for publishing YouTube videos to your blog. I like to record instructional videos by setting up a Zoom call, sharing an appropriate screen, and then recording. At the end of my recording, I click on "Stop Recording" and then "Stop Sharing Screen". As soon as you end your Zoom meeting your video will start downloading to your folder of Zoom documents (Look in Documents, then Zoom, then search for the date of your recording.
